I have nothing but Great things to say about Michael Kotarski. I wish every experience with an attorney could be like this. I found myself in a crisis with my elderly mother when she began to show signs of declining health. There were some extenuating circumstances that made it particularly difficult to figure out the best way to handle caring for mom going forward, very difficult questions that needed answering. I was referred to Michael Kotarski by another attorney who did not have the expertise in this particular area of law. Michael called me after hours, knowing that he could not take my case, but offered some very helpful advice and direction. He did not rush me off the phone, but made sure I understood what our legal stance was and what options were available going forward. I had already consulted another attorney prior to this effort who claimed to be all of that and he ended up being someone who did not seem to know much of the law really and gave me absolutely no help whatsoever. I wish I could give Michael Kotarski more than five stars!! If I ever have need of this type of representation in the future or know of anyone who does, hands-down he would be my choice.
REVISION/UPDATE: Today I spoke with Mr.Kotarski on another probate matter and all I have to say is just wow! We may not end up going through court, but he did give me the QUALITY time and very good legal advice that I needed to decide how to proceed. Again I say bravo!
